Talinga Residences
Framed balconies, textured stone, warm timber.
The project
Clean geometric forms to the street, warmed by stone and timber. Inside, herringbone oak, walnut and pale veined stone.
Talinga Residences is defined by framed balconies, textured stone cladding and vertical timber-toned detailing. These layers lend depth to the façade, balancing its clean geometric forms with warmer textures. Herringbone flooring, richly toned cabinetry and pale veined surfaces carry this material balance into the interior. An open staircase with glass balustrades introduces a sense of lightness, complemented by carefully integrated lighting and finely detailed joinery.
