Milad Farrokhi
Head of Architecture · Registered Architect · NSW ARB 1661
Milad has extensive experience across residential and multi-residential architecture, with a strong focus on design, planning strategy and project delivery.
His strength lies in finding clear architectural solutions for complex sites — balancing planning controls, functionality and commercial realities without losing the quality of the design. His experience spans high-end homes, dual occupancies, townhouses and apartment buildings, from early concept and approvals through to detailed construction documentation.
Milad takes a practical, hands-on approach to architecture, with particular attention to proportion, materiality, natural light and creating buildings that respond carefully to their setting.
He leads ARCADO’s architecture team, holds master’s degrees in Architecture and in Construction Project Management, has managed large-scale BIM projects, and has won several international architectural design competitions.

Amin leads ARCADO’s engineering team, bringing more than two decades of structural engineering and project management experience to every project, from the first structural concept to construction.
