Roseville Chase

Cream stone, black iron, a garden behind the fence.

The project

A cream, classical front with deep cornices, an arched entry and looped black iron at the street.

A home in Roseville Chase. Layered cornices and deep eaves with soffit lights cap a cream, stone-look façade, with square columns, black-framed glazing and an arched entry under a small portico. Iron balconies repeat the looped pattern of the front fence and gates, set between rendered piers. Behind a panelled, lit garden wall, tall doors open to a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining table among olive trees.
