Parkland Residences

Rounded edges, layered light and dark, warm timber.

The project

Two homes behind one calm street front, softened by planting and timber.

Parkland Residences combines rounded balcony edges with a layered palette of light and dark finishes. Vertical screens and timber-toned detailing give the façade depth, while planting softens the approach to each home. Inside, herringbone flooring connects the open living spaces, with dark cabinetry and a veined kitchen island providing contrast. Floating bathroom joinery and rounded mirrors echo the softer forms of the exterior.

Look for the rounded edges in the balcony design, then follow the same theme into the bathrooms. The vertical screens and layered finishes give the two street-facing homes a common character without relying on identical interior details.
