With over 15 years of industry experience in concrete precast, concrete materials design and reinforced concrete structures durability design and assessment, we can provide expert advice on wide variety of concrete mix design development and troubleshooting.

We provide civil engineering design and certification services for residential projects including:

• Stormwater Concept Plan, to be submitted to Council or private certifier for approval including OSD design (above or below ground), charged line systems for lots sloping away from the street frontage kerb, gutter system and on-site Infiltration or Absorption systems

• Flood Impact Assessment for proposed developments on Flood affected lots. This assessment and flood certificate will generally be requested by Council or Certifiers to approve developments on Flood prone land.
