A summary of our design process is as follows.
01 Site Survey
Obtain a survey of your site so your project can be designed accurately and according to Council regulations.
02 Design
We spend time designing your project to meet your standards, as well as local Council requirement.
03 DA or CDC Approvals
We prepare all documents and drawing, to submit your project to council or private certifier for approval.
04 Construction Certificate
Prior to construction, we put together the relevant drawings and documents for the construction certificate.
05 Choose Finishes/Interior Design
We help you choose finishes that meet your budget, so you know how your design will look and feel before construction begins.
06 Construction Supervision
During construction, we carry out site inspection and work with your builder to ensure the quality of finishes are as per design.
